At Plant People, we want you to love your sustainable fashion as much as we love the planet. If your new pieces aren't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Once your request is approved, a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label will be sent to your email for easy printing.

Package Your Items

Place your items back into their original compostable mailer and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
